We knockout the fireplace opening to give plenty of space for the new log burner. We also remove the old tiled hearth. A wood burning stove performs more efficiently with space around it. It also looks far more aesthetically pleasing.
This fireplace renovation leaves 200mm at the sides and 350mm from the top of the Firecracker Stove.

We love the new Firecracker stove from MiFires. It has a huge glass window and is super efficient and clean burning. We knew it would be a best seller and we were not wrong.
The Firecracker wood stove is a fantastic choice! Its combination of a steel body and cast iron door ensures durability. And the clean beveled edges and large combustion chamber enhance its efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, the matt black finish and soft curve front makes it versatile for both contemporary and traditional settings. However, despite its size, the firecracker woodburner is extremely efficient.
