It is a multifuel stove which means both wood and smokeless fuel may be used. Furthermore, the Solway is Ecodesign compliant and meets all forthcoming regulations. Hetas Log burner installers will only be able to install Ecodesign stoves when the new regulations start next January.
Because the Solway is a slim stove, it fits well and leaves enough hearth to meet regulations.
